If payment is being made via GOOGLE CHECKOUT. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to clear our account. No items will ship until funds have cleared both Google Checkout & our account. If items are needed right away, please contact us letting us know when you need your order by. Any orders made through Google checkout may take up to 2 weeks before arriving. NOLAImports will appear on your credit card statement.

MONEY ORDER PAYMENT- If paying with a money order. Payment must be received within 10 days from time of purchase or the order will be canceled and items returned to stock.

ORDERS - Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders are processed securely via PayPal secured checkout. Most orders are processed within 3-5 days of placing the order. (Depending on what the items are, some items may process the next day).
Ceramic masks, hand painted masks, and some items may take up to 5-10 days before shipping. ) This is so that fragile items can be wrapped and shipped. Please allow at least 2 weeks advance when placing orders. Any orders being placed for a special event, please order the items at least a week and a half in advance.

When placing order for food items such as Zatarians or Tony's we will fill the order with what is available at the time. Please know that all the spices are pretty much the same thing and will get the job done. :) Praline orders are made once payment has been received. Although we try our best to assure your pralines arrive in one piece, damage does happen. After all they are made of sugar :)

Items may also ship from different warehouses. If items ship from different warehouses you may receive them at different times. You should receive an email with all the tracking numbers for each package. If you do not please contact us. Due to varying items and warehouse locations, some items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items and take longer to arrive. You will not be charge extra for split shipments. On occasion items that are similar may be substituted for to fill your order. ( voodoo doll colors or styles, ceramic masks styles, feather masks and venetian masks feather boa colors etc. all can be substituted for other items that are similar. ) Any orders placed on Thursday after 12pm (CST) may not be processed until the following Monday. If e-check method is chose, no items will be shipped until the e-check has cleared. If any adjustments need to be made to the original invoice total a confirmation e-mail will me sent to you for verification. NOLAimports.com is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit. All responsibility is released from NOLAimports.com once the item has been shipped.

FRAGILE ORDERS - All fragile orders such as ceramic masks or anything that may break in transit, will be shipped via GROUND SERVICE. If USPS is picked as a shipping method, we will not be held responsible for damage that may occur. Please understand we do this to make sure your items arrive safe and in one piece. If you pick USPS shipping method is chosen, you may be asked to pay for additional shipping if needed. If you choose not to go with GROUND SERVICE as the shipping method of anything fragile and items arrive damaged, we can not refund nor replace any merchandise.

ADDRESS INFORMATION - Please make sure all information is correct before submitting order. There will be an additional fee place on orders that are submitted with any incorrect address information. The shipping provider charges us each time an address has to be changed or corrected. So please take the time and review all the information for any errors before completing the order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE - All Sales are final. Please note: All sales are final on costumes and hats as well. Customer is responsible for giving a correct address for shipment. If an item is returned to NOLAimports, there will be additional shipping charges applied to re-ship the item. There will also be a 20% restock fee for all returned items.
There will be no refunds of shipping charges.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: We aim to make our customers happy and make every effort to ensure that the products that you order arrive to you in excellent condition. If any merchandise arrives damaged or broken, We will replace it once it has been shipped back to us. We advise to purchase Delivery Confirmation and insurance. Postage charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer. (Customer is responsible for return postage) Shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed. If an item breaks in transit NOLAimports.com is not responsible for this. All merchandise should be returned within 10 days of the mailing date in its original packaging and with invoice. Damage items are not eligible for refunds. Any broken items will be replaced with the same item(s) or one compatible to it. All damaged items must have a claim flied within 90 days. If the claim is not done within the 90 days, we can not refund or ship out replacements once the 90 days have elapsed. NOLAimports is not responsible if claims are not made within this time frame.
